Red Velvet Cake is a cake with either a dark red, bright red or red-brown color. It is traditionally prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese or cooked roux icing. The reddish color is often enhanced by adding beetroot or red food coloring.

James Beard's 1972 (Ref: American Cookery) describes three red velvet cakes varying in the amounts of shortening and butter, also vegetable oil. All used red food coloring, but the reaction of acidic vinegar and buttermilk tends to better reveal the red anthocyanin in cocoa and keeps the cake moist, light and fluffy. This natural tinting may have been the source for the name "Red Velvet" as well as "Devil's food" and similar names for chocolate cakes.

Today My recipe is SAMOSA, A samosa /səˈmoʊsə/ or samoosa is a fried or baked pastry with savory filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils and sometimes ground lamb, ground beef or ground chicken, they may or may not contain Pine nuts. The samosa originated in the Middle East (where it is known as sambosa prior to the 10th century. They were introduced to South Asia (India, Pakistan) during the Muslim Delhi Sultanate when cooks from Middle East and Central Asia migrated to work in the kitchens of the Sultan and the nobility.

Ferrero Rocher - was born in Europe in 1982 and launched in Australia in 1984. Ferrero Rocher is the classic delicacy and its timeless elegance makes it perfect for sharing during any party season.
