Crispy Palak (Crispy Spinach)

Ingredients:
Palak Leaves : 20 (Healthy & Big sized)
Rice Flour : 3 tbsp
Corn Starch: 1 tbsp
Salt: To taste (1/4 tsp)
All purpose Flour: 2 tbsp
Oil (for Frying)

Method:
(Please see below the procedure after pics)
Step 1: Take a bowl and mix Rice flour, Corn starch & Salt together.





Step 2: Make a paste of this mixture.
Step 3: Wash Spinach leaves (Wash carefully so it is not getting torn)
Step 4: Coat it in dry all purpose flour both side
Step 5: Again dip the leaf in paste of above said mixture
Step 6: Put this leaf in heated oil for deep frying
Step 7: Allow this to fry for 5mins both side in high heat (see if it become crispy)
Step 8: Take it out of oil and plate the crispy Spinach leaves
Step 9: Serve with sauce & Enjoy
